When you ask someone from a small village what there is to love about train stations, they’ll probably won’t know an answer. It is just a silly thing for transport, why would they bother?
For me, there is a certain joy in these places of movement.
Travellers, who run up and down, in a hurry, and a lonely piano man playing a song.
That certain moment you walk down a stairs, and all these feelings overflow you.
The smell of a fresh baked chocolate chip cookie, next to an iced tea from the Starbucks.
That is what I enjoy so much about train stations.
People who never take the train… Oh boy. They don’t have a clue.
